<p>Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
<p>Target region, NOAA 1033, is mostly unchanged and, at this time, has stabilized
with a small beta sunspot group. There is still a chance of a B-class
event today from the target region and/or NOAA 1032 (the return of NOAA 1029).
<p>The position of NOAA 1033 on November 20 at  13:30UT is:
N19E26 Solar X = -404&quot;, Solar Y = 285&quot;)
