MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
NOAA 1039 is maintaining a D-type sunspot group with a beta magnetic configuration but new flux is emerging within the intermediate portion of the sunspot group. B-class activity possible and there is also a slight chance of an isolated C-class event today if new flux emergence continues.
The position of NOAA 1039 on December 29 at 14:00UT is: S28E10 (Solar X = -150", Solar Y = -419")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
