MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

NOAA 1048 is slowly decaying - all the regions on the visible solar disk are currently in decay phase. An isolated C-class event is still possible but less likely today.

The position of NOAA 1048 on February 16 at 14:30UT is: N21E41 (Solar X = -596", Solar Y = 428")

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.

Regards,
