MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

NOAA 1069 produced two spectacular flare spray events since the last message. The ejections were associated with a B7.2 at 05/08/18:55 UT and a C2.4 at 05/08/20:11 UT. 1069 is now on the west limb. There is a chance for another limb event before it completely rotates off the visible disk. The target region will probably switch to NOAA 1068 (currently located at S19E06) tomorrow.

The position of NOAA 1069 on May 09 at 15:30 UT is: N41W86 (Solar X = 715", Solar Y = 625")

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
