MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

The filament target located in remnant old NOAA 1057 became strongly destabilized and disappeared. There is only a small portion of it visible at this time. The target will switch to the recently emerged NOAA 1072. B-class activity possible today.

The position of NOAA 1072 on May 22 at 13:30 UT is: S16E06 (Solar X = -095", Solar Y = -233")

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
