<p>Quiet-Sun conditions continue. A new active region has begun to emerge
close to the central meridian and shall be the new target region. It
has a bipolar configuration with visible sunspots but has not yet been
assigned an active region number. Chance for some low-level activity
as the region continues to develop.
<p>The approximate position of the target region on 29-Aug-2010 at 14:00 UT is:
