<p>The level of solar activity remains low. NOAA region 11117 has changed
to a beta magnetic classification and increased in area coverage with the
emergence of several spots, which has produced several B-class events in
the past 24 hours. A region of small-scale opposite flux mixing between the
spots is bright in H-alpha and UV emission. B-class events are probable,
with a small chance for a C-class event.
