Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Solar activity remains at a low level. NOAA region 11117 has maintained its growth in area, but has decreased in number of spots. This has resulted in it returning to a beta magnetic configuration, while it has produced 3 B-class events in the past 24 hours and a C1.2 event on 27-Oct-2010 at 16:59 UT. Further B-class events are probable, with a small chance of a C-class event.

The position of NOAA 11117 on 28-Oct-2010 at 10:30 UT is:

N22W34, ( 498", 300" )

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
