<p>Solar activity remains low despite the appearance of a new numbered
region on the northeast limb (NOAA 11127). The target region NOAA
11124 has remained quiescent over the past 24 hours but may still
produce further B-level activity with chance of an isolate C-class.
<p>The position of NOAA 11124 on 17-Nov-2010 at 14:30 UT is:
