MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

NOAA 1147 has been mostly quiet since east limb passage. It was the source of several minor B-class events. The largest was a B5.7 at 01/15/23:48. Its current magnetic configuration appears to be a simple beta. 1147 still has the potential to continue producing B-class events with a chance of a C-class event.

The position of NOAA 1147 on January 16 at 18:30 UT is: N24E69 (Solar X = -832", Solar Y = 421")

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
