</address> <pre> </pre> <p> Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
<p>Solar activity remains at very low levels with NOAA 11313 continuing
to decay. A new, unnumbered active region rotating onto the northeast
limb has been the source of several B-class flares over the past 24
hours, and shall be the new target region. Its magnetic configuration
is uncertain at this time but increased activity is possible.
<p>The approximate position of the target region on 9-Oct-2011 at 12:30 UT is:
