<p>Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
<p>NOAA 1363 has decayed slightly losing its magnetic delta
configuration but it retains its beta-gamma classification
with an E-type sunspot group. Despite its complex magnetic
configuration and large size, 1363 has been unable to
produce a single M-class event.  C-class activity probable
with a slight chance of an M-class event in the next 24 hour period.
<p>The position of NOAA 1363 on December 05 at 14:00 UT is:
