Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

NOAA region 11434 has developed a more substantial leading spot in the past 24 hours and was the source of several B-class events as well as a C1.9 flare on 18-Mar-2012 at 02:28 UT. This region is now classed as a beta/D-type sunspot group. Observers are encouraged to include the trailing spots of 11435 in their field-of-view. Further C-class events are possible in the next 24 hours, with a very small chance of an isolated low M-class event.

The position of NOAA 11434 on 19-Mar-2012 at 18:00 UT is:

S20W50, ( 693", -256" )
