MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators, The target EFR, now re-numbered NOAA 1442, produced C-class activity in the past 24 hours. The largest was a C2.7 at 03/26/23:38 UT. The largest event of the period was a C5.3 at 03/27/03:08. Its source region was NOAA 1444 located just north of 1442. Both regions are maintaining simple beta magnetic configurations. No significant flare activity expected from the visible disk regions in the next 24 hour period. Old NOAA 1429 will return to the visible disk in the next few days. It has continued to be very active during its far side transit.

The position of NOAA 1442 on March 27 at 13:00 UT is: N12W09 (Solar X = 147", Solar Y = 308")
