MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Old NOAA 1429 has returned to the visible solar disk displaying a nearly spotless reversed polarity plage with a well developed filament located on the region's magnetic inversion line. It was the source of a few B-class events and a C-class event since the last message. No significant flare activity expected in the next 24 hour period.

The position of the target on March 31 at 7:30 UT is: N19E68 (Solar X = -843", Solar Y = 350")

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
