<p>The target region on the eastern limb, now designated NOAA 11476, was the
source of three M1 flares since the last message. The region is classified
as having a beta configuration with a large leader spot. Further C-level
activity likely with a good chance for additional low M-class flares as the
region rotates onto the solar disk.
