MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Solar flare activity is at very low levels. The background x-ray flux continues at a steady B2 level. NOAA 1585 (C-type/beta) is producing minor B-class events. No significant solar flare activity is expected in the next 24 hour period.

The position of NOAA 1585 on October 07 at 13:00 UT is: S20E04 (Solar X = -063", Solar Y = -427")

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
