Date: Wed, 2 Jan 2013 09:24:53 +0000

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

The target region NOAA 11640 continues to increase in size but remains quiescent. The region retains its beta classification but has become increasingly bright in H-alpha emission. Still a good chance for low-to-intermediate level activity as the region continues to develop.

The position of NOAA 11640 on 2-Jan-2013 at 06:00 UT is:

N28W09, ( 135", 506" )

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
