Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Date: Sat, 31 Aug 2013 19:56:05 +0100

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

The level of solar activity is low. Yesterday's target (NOAA 11836) has produced a further C-class event that is currently in progress (a ~C2 flare on 31-Aug-2013 at ~17:30 UT). The region's following spots appear to have strengthened somewhat. Further high B-class activity is expected with a chance for a further isolated C-class event.

The position of NOAA 11836 on 31-Aug-2013 at 19:00 UT is:

N11E13, ( -203", 66" )

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
