<p>Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
<p>Solar flare activity is very low.  NOAA 1991 has significantly
decayed since the last message.  The target will switch to
slowly developing NOAA 1996 which is currently displaying
bright H-alpha plage and an arch-type filament system.
No significant flare events expected in the next 24 hours.
<p>The position of NOAA 1996 on March 07 at 12:30 UT is:
N15W05 (Solar X = 081&quot;, Solar Y = 367&quot;)
