<br />Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
<br />The target region (now numbered NOAA 2242) was the
source of an isolated M1.6 event at 12/14/19:33 UT.
2242 also produced numerous C-class events.  2242
has a D-type/beta-gamma &quot;self-contained&quot; sunspot group.
The leading sunspot has an unusual E-W magnetic inversion
line and opposite polarity umbrae within a common penumbra but
they are located too far apart to be classified as a true delta
configuration. Emerging flux located in the trailing spots might
be forming a small delta. C-class events expected with the
chance of another M-class event in the next 24 hour period.
<br />The position of NOAA 2242 on December 15 at 12:30 UT is:
