MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar flare activity is very low. The current background x-ray flux is B4.2. The largest event in the past 24 hours was an isolated C1.1 event produced by target region 2385. 2385 grew rapidly but has now decayed significantly. B-class events are possible with another C-class event less likely in the next 24 hour period.
The position of NOAA 2385 on July 11 at 15:35 UT is: N07W62 (Solar X = 828", Solar Y = 084")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
