Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity is at a very low level with the X-ray flux flat at B2. NOAA 12427 is currently the only region with sunspots on the visible disk. It has decayed to a beta/D-type magnetic configuration. No significant activity is expected in the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 12427 on October 5 at 14:35 UT is:
N18W53 (Solar X = 730", Solar Y = 232")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
