Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity is at a moderate level. NOAA 12434 has increased in number of spots over the past 24 hours and is now classified as a beta-gamma/D-type sunspot group. This region has continued to produce significant numbers of C-class flares since the last message and two M1.1 events (one on 15-Oct-2015 at 23:27 UT and the other on 16-Oct-2015 at 06:11 UT). Further C-class activity is expected over the next 24 hours, with a good chance for more low M-class flares.
The position of NOAA 12434 on 16-Oct-2015 at 15:00 UT is:
S10E40, ( -607”, -241” )
