Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Date: Thu, 29 Oct 2015 15:59:48 +0000

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity appears to be on the increase due to the appearance of a new active region on the eastern limb. The region is currently unnumbered and its magnetic configuration is uncertain, but it has produced a flurry of low C-class flares since the last message and shall therefore be the new target region. Further C-level activity expected over the next 24 hours.
The approximate position of the target region on 29-Oct-2015 at 12:35 UT is:
N09E79, ( -938", 136" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
