Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity remains at a low level. NOAA region 12487 has grown marginally in spot area and number of spots over the past 24 hours and remains classified as a beta/D-type sunspot group. This region has lost some of its penumbral coverage and has produced no flares since the last message. More C-class activity is possible over the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 12487 on 22-Jan-2016 at 17:00 UT is:
S13E13, ( -209", -135" )
