Date: Tue, 26 Jan 2016 09:43:26 -0700

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The level of solar activity remains very low with only several B-class events from the newly numbered region NOAA 12489 (N09E45). The target region NOAA 12488 remains its beta/D-type classification, with slightly increasing in sunspot area but decreasing in number of spots. No significant events are expected over the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 12488 on January 26 at 15:35 UT is:
N02W24 (Solar X = 397", Solar Y = 120")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
