MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar flare activity continues at a very low level. The current background x-ray flux is B1.0. The recently emerged target region is now numbered NOAA 2528. Although 2528 has a simple C-type/beta sunspot group, it is the most interesting region on the visible solar disk. B-class flare activity is possible in the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 2528 on April 04 at 10:30 UT is: N07W01 (Solar X = 017", Solar Y = 222")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
