<br />Solar activity has returned to a low level. NOAA 12529 has significantly
decayed over the past 24 hours, decreasing in spot area, number of spots,
and magnetic/structural complexity. This region is now classified as a
beta/C-type sunspot group as it rotates up to the North West limb. 12529
continued to be the most flare-productive region on the visible disk and
was the source of the largest event since the last message (a B6.6 flare
on 19-Apr-2016 at 12:49 UT). C-class activity is possible over the next
24 hours, with a slight chance for a low M-class flare.
