Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The level of solar activity is low. NOAA 12536 grew somewhat in spot area and number of spots over the previous 24 hours. This region has remained classed as a beta/D-type sunspot group and was flare-quiet since the last message. NOAA 12535 also grew marginally and produced 4 C-class flares, including the largest magnitude event of the period (a C1.9 on 28-Apr-2016 at 12:46 UT). Although this region was earlier classed as an alpha/H-type sunspot group, it appears to be at least a beta/C-type classification now. More C-class flares are probable over the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 12535 on 28-Apr-2016 at 23:00 UT is:
N06E17, ( -282", 169" )
