Date: Sat, 14 May 2016 14:12:10 -0600

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity has increased since the last message with numerous B- as well as C-class events emanating from various regions. NOAA 12544 (N21W00) and yesterday's target region NOAA 12542 (N10W61) were the sources of a few B-class flares. NOAA 12543 produced all the four C-class events, including the largest one, a C8.4 at 11:28 UT on May 14. Today the target region will switch to 12543 that has a beta/D-type sunspot group. Additional C-class activities are likely in the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 12543 on May 14 at 19:17 UT is:
S05W65 (858", -64")
