MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
NOAA 2611 located beyond the west limb at N05 was the source of numerous minor B-class events and a C1.8 event at 11/28/08:01 UT. The target will switch from NOAA 2612 (N08E08) to a rapidly developing EFR in the northeastern quadrant. B-class events possible with a slight chance of an isolated C-class event in the next 24 hour period if the EFR continues to develop.
The position of the target on November 28 at 13:45 UT is: N06E41 (Solar X = -637", Solar Y = 087")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
