<br />Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
<br />Solar flare activity is extremely low.  The visible solar
disk is spotless.  The background x-ray flux is currently
flat at the A6.1 level. The last recordable x-ray event
was a tiny A7.1 event at 01/06/08:03 UT.  Its source
was located beyond the southwestern limb at S08.
The spotless target plage is mostly unchanged and
quiescent.  No significant solar activity expected in the next 24 hour period.
<br />The position of the target on January 08 at 13:30 UT is:
N13W38 (Solar X = 587&quot;, Solar Y = 271&quot;)
