Date: Fri, 13 Jan 2017 13:30:21 -0700

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity has been at extremely low with the X-ray flux flat at the ~A6 level since the C3.8 flare. The target sunspot region has been designated as NOAA 12625, with an Alpha/ H-type classification. 12625 is rotating onto the visible disk. It shows some dynamic surges in H-alpha images. B-class activities are likely with a chance of low C-class events.
The position of NOAA 12625 on January 13 at 14:30 UT is:
N03E63 (-869", 85")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
