Date: Sun, 7 May 2017 18:22:59 +0100

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar X-ray flux is now at the mid A-level. The only event of note since the last message was a B3.5 flare from NOAA 12654 as it nears the western limb. NOAA 12665 has remained quiescent and continues to decay as it crosses the central meridian. It shall remain the target region for a further 24 hours although no increase in activity is expected at this time.
The position of NOAA 12655 on 7-May-2017 at 15:30 UT is:
N13E02, ( -32", 270" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
