Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity continues at very low levels. The target region, NOAA 12731, has remained quiescent since the last message and is now spotless. The decaying plage region shall continue to be the target although no increase in activity is expected over the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 12731 on 17-Dec-2018 at 14:30 UT is:
N13E12, ( -198", 239" )
