</address> <pre> </pre> Dear Collaborators,
<br />The target region close to disk center was the source of an ~A3 flare
around 07:30 UT today. The underlying plage continues to become more
diffuse, but the region has also developed a small filament channel
along its magnetic neutral line. Slight chance of an additional
isolated low level event over the next 24 hours.
<br />The approximate position of the target region on 30-Dec-2018 at 14:30 UT is:
