Dear Collaborators,
The visible solar disk remains spotless. The bipolar plage region in the northeast quadrant is showing signs of decay as it approaches the central meridian. It shall continue to be the target region although no increase in activity is expected.
The approximate position of the target region on 6-Feb-2019 at 14:30 UT is:
N09E10 = (-165", 257")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
