Subject: MM#009 Default Target" -->

Dear Collaborators,
The level of solar activity is extremely low. NOAA 12734 decayed to unspotted plage over the past 24 hours while rotating up to the West limb. There are currently no spotted regions on the visible disk but a weak magnetic flux region that is emerging West of disk centre has developed a few small pores and will become the new target. Flaring activity is not expected to increase in the following 24-hour period.
The approximate position of this region on 14-Mar-2019 at 15:30 UT is:
S01W38, ( 595", 79" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
