<br />The level of solar activity is extremely low. The target region
has emerged magnetic flux since the last message. This region has
consolidated its existing flux to begin forming a leading spot,
but remains unnumbered by NOAA. No increase in flaring activity
is expected in the following 24-hour period.
<br />The approximate position of this region on 18-Mar-2019 at 12:00 UT is:
