Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity is at an extremely low level. A compact set of EUV loops is in the process of rotating over the South East limb. EUVI images from STEREO-A indicate that this is a small bipolar region which emerged approximately 2 days ago. No flares have occurred in the past 24 hours with no change in flaring activity expected over the next 24-hour period.
The approximate position of this region on 6-Jun-2019 at 15:00 UT is:
S10E90, ( -931", -164" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
