Dear Collaborators,
The level of solar activity is extremely low. The target plage region developed some small spots in the past 24 hours and was designated as NOAA 12744. However, these small spots have since decayed. No flares have occurred since the last message, and no change in flaring activity is expected over the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 12744 on 8-Jul-2019 at 15:00 UT is:
S27E30, ( -421", -475" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
