Subject: MM#009 Default Target" -->

Dear Collaborators,
The level of solar activity continues to be extremely low. The plage region in the South West quadrant has decayed further since the last message. A small emerging flux region (corresponding to a compact EUV bright point) becomes the new target region in case further magnetic flux emerges. No flares have occurred in the last five days, with no change in flaring activity expected in the following 24-hour period.
The approximate position of this region on 12-Jul-2019 at 12:00 UT is:
S18E66, ( -821", -317" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
