Subject: MM#009 Default Target" -->

Dear Collaborators,
The level of solar activity continues to be extremely low. The compact EUV loop target region has completely decayed. The plage region in the South West quadrant (previously designated as NOAA 12744) was adjacent to a filament lift-off since the last message. This region becomes the target region once again. No flares occurred in the past 24 hours, and no change in flare activity is expected in the following 24-hour period.
The approximate position of this region on 14-Jul-2019 at 18:30 UT is:
S27W56, ( 697", -463" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
