Dear Collaborators,
The GOES soft X-ray flux has been flat at an ~A7 level. Yesterday's target region has decayed to a plage. Today the target will switch to a newly emerged region in the northeast quadrant. This region was designated as NOAA 12747 with an Alpha/A-type sunspot group. No noteworthy activity is expected in the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 12747 on August 7 at 07:30 UT is:
N06E07 (-115", 2")
