MM#009 Default Target
Dear Collaborators,
The visible solar disk is spotless, plageless and almost featureless. Most of the southeastern limb target prominence has disappeared since the last message. The remaining portion is very faint. There is no default target available today. Solar minimum conditions are expected to continue for the next 24 hour period.
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
Regards,
