Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity continues at an extremely low level with the GOES soft X-ray flux flat at ~A4. Yesterday's bright point target has faded away. Today we may switch to a bright jet structure in the north polar coronal hole, which has lasted for one day. Quiet-Sun conditions continue in the next 24 hour period.
The approximate position of the target on September 26 at 07:30 UT is: N74E60 (-180", 900" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
