MM#009 Default Target
Dear Collaborators,
The current deep solar minimum is expected to continue for an extended period. The tiny spotless target region, NOAA 2749, has developed a small filament located along its magnetic inversion line. No noteworthy solar flare activity expected anytime soon.
The position of NOAA 2749 on October 09 at 07:30 UT is: S09W36 (Solar X = 560", Solar Y = -234")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
