Dear Collaborators,
The level of solar activity continues to be extremely low, with the visible solar disk remaining spotless. The small weak magnetic flux region in the South East quadrant has lost its pore and produced a few A-class events since the last message. No change is expected in flaring activity over the next 24-hour period.
The approximate position of this region on 24-Apr-2020 at 17:00 UT is:
S06E57 , ( -798", -57" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
