Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has continued at very low levels since the last message with the target region in the northeast quadrant having produced a few mid A-class events. The region appears to comprise bipolar plage but with no associated sunspots. It shall continue to be the target region with further A-level activity possible over the next 24 hours.
The approximate position of the target region on 19-May-2020 at 13:30 UT is:
N32E52, ( -637", 521" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
